The Relational Leadership Essentials (RLE) team identifies, develops, and equips servant-leaders for global impact.
We deliver biblical based resources and training for high school and college aged students, on servant-leadership. In addition, we provide resources and training opportunities serving families, pastors, churches, and other nonprofits.

RLE is a nonprofit corporation housing Dr. William Lamb’s ministry and
educational efforts. We operate through three facets:

Meet The Author
Dr. William Lamb is an assistant professor of leadership development and the director of the Leonard Center at Lee University (Cleveland, Tennessee). He is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and volunteered for 16 years as an emergency services chaplain. Lamb holds a B.A. in Religious Studies, an M.A. in Youth and Family Ministry, and a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership. He served two terms as a member of the Tennessee Governors Commission on Volunteerism and Service.
In his early years between the Marine Corps and joining the Lee University team, Lamb a school bus driver and business owner in rural Tennessee. His work with need-based students positioned him to impact chaos. His effective and relevant speeches challenge listeners to step into the chaos around them, bringing order and clarity. His storytelling style is applicable across a variety of cultures, organizations, and sectors. He is easy to understand and knowledgeable in his field of faith, leadership, education, and community.
Dr. Lamb is skilled in helping others look for the not so obvious—a tool for equipping thought leaders to identify deficiencies within organizational systems. Then, he motivates leaders and followers to identify and apply solutions necessary to bring change. He is also a certified facilitator with the Six Types of Working Genius Assessment.
